Beds were incredibly comfortable. Location was convenient, close to a train station and walking distance to main attractions. Rooms were modern, spacious, and clean. Breakfast had a good variety, even included champagne. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as a young family. Not only was it very close to the train station, which made getting to and from the hotel easy, but it was also within walking distance of the attractionsites that we wanted to visit. We were able to explore the city on foot without any hassle. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with amazing bathrooms that made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The peaceful garden provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy a drink. the hotel had fantastic facilities and advantages that made our stay memorable.

Great service from the friendly staff, particularly in the reception and concierge desks. They were helpful, accommodating, and provided recommendations for places to go and eat. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping everything tidy and providing amenities. The hotel had a convenient location, with access to explore the city.
Some misleading photos on the website that did not accurately represent the hotel's actual appearance. The hotel was dull and overpriced, not matching the grandeur portrayed in the pictures.

I was really surprised by the warm and friendly staff at this hotel. They were polite and attentive throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a lovely view of the small garden and outdoor swimming pool. The hotel provided excellent toiletries and towels that were refreshed daily. I appreciated the additional amenities like the dressing gown and slippers. The lounge areas were comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location of the hotel was convenient, within walking distance of the main attractions and the hotel even provided a courtesy car to take guests into the city center.

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the service was exceptional, and the Spa & wellness centre was a great addition to our stay. the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas made for a relaxing atmosphere, as did the garden area. the restaurant provided delicious in-room breakfast, and the Bar/Lounge area was a delightful place to unwind.
this did not negatively impact our overall experience.
